Two buildings of the condominium, 4 and 5-storey, include the four types of apartments of various sizes :

Type A - Living area+bedroom (40 sqm, up to 3 guests) Studio apartments of this type are located in the central parts of both buildings. Up to 3 guests could easily accommodate in each of these apartments.

At your service: bathroom with shower cabin, built-in wardrobe, cable TV, wireless internet access and parking space in the parking lot.

Type B : Living area+bedroom+kitchen (50 sqm, up to 3 guests) Several corner apartments in the building A are units of this type. Like most of other apartments, they built on the type of open-plan and have a large king-size bed. Up to 3 guests can be easily accomodated here.

At your service: bathroom with shower cabin, built-in wardrobe, kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet access and a parking space in the parking lot.

Type C - Living area+bedroom+kitchen (60 sqm, up to 4 guests) Most of the corner apartments in both buildings are the units of this type. Some apartments relating to this type have an extra room overlooking the pool. The rest is built on the type of open-plan, with a kitchen and a large king-size bed. Up to 4 guests can be easily accomodated here.

Type D - Living area+bedroom+kitchen (50 sqm, up to 3 guests) This type of apartments are located on the ground floors of both buildings. There are two options: an apartment with access to the swimming pool and an apartment with the rear yard and barbecue area. Up to 3 guests can be easily accomodated here.
